Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Our current lead times for "Made-to-Order" & "Custom" products is 4-6 weeks.
  • "Ready-To-Ship" products ship within 3 business days.
  • Shipping fees are an estimated quote at time of checkout. Actual shipping fees will be charged at time of shipment. If you would like a more detailed shipping quote prior to purchase, please email us at hello@ldfsilk.com

  • All of our orders ship from our Dallas, Texas warehouse location. Shipping times are dependent upon shipping carrier schedule and final destination.

  • We will send you a confirmation email once your order has shipped along with delivery instructions.

  • International shipping is required to use their own freight carrier and is responsible for all duties/taxes.

  • We offer complimentary same day local pickup at our showroom located in Dallas Texas.

  • We do not offer local delivery at this time. However, we are happy to assist with scheduling a 3rd party white glove service delivery company.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order, 1-of-a-kind, and/or custom we cannot accept returns.

  • We send images of completed products (made-to-order & custom made) for approval prior to packaging and shipping.

Damages

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • We require that you REPORT all damages & issues WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving your product.
